A free zombie RPG. Good, now that I have your attention you owe it to yourself to check this game out. It's a free flash turn based RPG that is surprisingly ambitious with a fairly deep combat system for what is a relatively short game. The plot follows a man who wakes up with no memory but looks to be freshly infected with a zombie like virus. Now he must journey out to get the answers he seeks. What is his real identity? How did he become infected?
I beat it in an evening but had a blast playing it. Takes me back to the days of the great SNES turn based RPGs. The game is linear and there's no world map or exploration involved, but let's face it, this isn't a Sqauresoft but keeping that in consideration these independent developers did a heck of a job with what they had.
The game ends with a cliffhanger ending, which in turn takes us to Sonny 2 which I have yet to play. I am going to dive in asap. Unfortunately your characters stats/items etc. don't transfer over to the second installment but rather it plays like a new game continuing the story from the first installment.
